What I was drawing then

I recently pulled out my childhood sketchbooks. It is really funny to look through at what I was drawing then and where I was trying to go. So I thought I would share a couple of pages. This is the first page in my first sketchbook. I still remember where I was when I madeContinue reading “What I was drawing then”

Pippi, Alfonso, and Mr. Nilsson

The past week has been catching whatever hours I could to draw this and watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I blame my new obsession with Buffy on Dani. Thank you, I love watching this show! Anyway, the Pippi piece, I think I am going to use it as a new postcard/promo piece. What do youContinue reading “Pippi, Alfonso, and Mr. Nilsson”

The Halloween Party t-shirt for 09′, I feel, shows my starting to get the hang of designing with fewer colors by better utilizingContinue reading “Halloween T-Shirt”

Craft Fair Recap

The craft fair was a few weeks ago but I haven’t recapped yet! Ehawk and I shared a table at the Union Square, Urban Country Craft Fair. We both had some wacky art. My favorite piece of Ehawk’s was a Cowboy Centaur, seen in front. It was creepy and kept up with the theme ofContinue reading “Craft Fair Recap”

New Sculpy Work

I love to work in sculpy. It helps me think outside of my normal comfort zone. I feel much freer with what I am creating. Usually I use sculpy to make Christmas ornaments, however, this Saturday I am going to be in a craft fair and I wanted to make some creatures for it. SoContinue reading “New Sculpy Work”
